Vicki was absolutely fantastic! She is extremely professional and instantly puts you at ease. She went above and beyond to Skype us in the uk to discuss our wedding ceremony and then met with us in Oz the day before the wedding. Really helped to calm our nerves and ensure we all knew what we had to do on the day! Many of our guests commented on her professionalism and how great she was.
